At Brick Buff (operated by MuFO, Inc.), we want you to love your purchase. This policy outlines our shipping practices and return procedures to ensure a smooth experience with our collectible cleaning and restoration products.


SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping

  • Cost: $5.95 flat rate
  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (at our discretion)

Expedited Shipping

  • Cost: $12.95 flat rate
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Carrier: UPS or FedEx

Free Shipping

  • Orders over $50 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations:

  • Canada: $14.95 flat rate (7-14 business days)
  • Other Countries: Please contact us at support@brickbuff.com for availability and pricing

International Customers Please Note:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country
  • International orders may experience delays due to customs processing
  • We are not responsible for packages held or returned by customs

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Real-time updates on your package location
  • Estimated delivery date

Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for expedited shipping)
  • APO/FPO addresses (please contact us for special arrangements)
  • International addresses outside our approved shipping zones

RETURNS POLICY

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of Brick Buff products. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligible Returns

Products must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unopened and unused (in original packaging)
  • In resalable condition
  • Include original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened cleaning solution bottles
  • Used brushes or cleaning tools
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our support team

  • Email: support@brickbuff.com
  • Subject Line: "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]"
  • Include: Order number, reason for return, product name

Step 2: Receive your Return Authorization

  • We'll respond within 24-48 business hours
  • You'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return instructions and prepaid shipping label (if eligible)

Step 3: Package your return

  • Include RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip

Step 4: Ship your return

  • Use the prepaid label provided (for eligible returns)
  • Drop off at designated carrier location
  • Keep your tracking receipt until refund is processed

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns:

  • Defective products
  • Items we sent in error
  • Damaged items received

Customer-Paid Returns:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered wrong item
  • No longer needed
  • Cost: Customer responsible for return shipping ($6-12 average)

Return Processing Time

  • Received by Us: 3-5 business days after you ship
  • Inspection: 1-2 business days upon receipt
  • Refund Issued: Within 2-3 business days after approval

Total Timeline: Expect 7-10 business days from when you ship the return to when you receive your refund.


REFUNDS POLICY

How Refunds Are Issued

Original Payment Method

  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days to your PayPal account
  • Shop Pay refunds: 2-3 business days

Refund Amount

Full Refund Includes:

  • Product purchase price
  • Original shipping costs (if product is defective or our error)

Partial Refund (Deductions):

  • Return shipping costs (unless free return eligible)
  • Restocking fee: None (we do not charge restocking fees)

What's Not Refunded

  • Expedited shipping fees (if you chose faster shipping)
  • Return shipping costs (unless product defect or our error)
  • Gift wrapping or special packaging fees

Store Credit Option

Prefer store credit instead of a refund?

  • Receive 110% of your purchase price as store credit
  • No expiration date
  • Can be used on any future Brick Buff purchase
  • Contact support@brickbuff.com to request store credit

EXCHANGES

Product Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:

Option 1: Return for refund, then place a new order Option 2: Request store credit for faster reordering

Damaged or Defective Exchanges: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll expedite a replacement at no cost to you.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Reporting Damage

Immediate Action Required:

  • Inspect your package upon delivery
  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email: support@brickbuff.com with photos of:
    • Damaged packaging
    • Damaged product
    • Shipping label

Our Resolution

We'll provide one of the following options:

  1. Replacement: Free expedited shipping of replacement product
  2. Full Refund: Immediate refund including shipping costs
  3. Partial Refund: If you'd like to keep the item at a discount

No Return Required: For damaged items, we typically do not require you to return the product.


MISSING PACKAGES

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, mailrooms)
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark delivered early)
  4. Contact us at support@brickbuff.com

We'll help by:

  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Investigating the delivery location
  • Offering a replacement or refund once the claim is resolved

Please Note: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery location
  • Requiring a signature for delivery
  • Installing a doorbell camera

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If we sent you the wrong product:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@brickbuff.com
  2. Keep the incorrect item (we'll provide a prepaid return label)
  3. We'll ship the correct item via expedited shipping at no charge
  4. Return the wrong item using our prepaid label

CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order
  • Email: support@brickbuff.com with order number
  • Full refund issued if not yet processed

After Shipment:

  • Order cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery and return to sender
  • Standard return policy applies once returned to us
