Brick Buff specializes in cleaning and restoration products for building bricks, collectible toys, and other plastic collectibles. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at brickbuff.com (the "Site") and the purchase of our products.
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

Reasons We May Cancel Orders:

Payment Terms:

Failed Payments:

- We may attempt to contact you to resolve payment issues

Shipping terms are governed by our separate Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points:
- We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
- Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
- You must provide an accurate shipping address
- We are not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery

Our products are independent aftermarket cleaning and restoration solutions designed for use on plastic building bricks and collectibles from various manufacturers.
Use at Your Own Risk:
- Our products are designed for cleaning plastic building bricks and collectibles
- Always test on a small, inconspicuous area first
- Follow usage instructions carefully
- Results may vary depending on item condition, age, material, and type
No Guarantee of Results:
- We do not guarantee specific cleaning or restoration outcomes
- Some yellowing, discoloration, or damage may be permanent

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE":

- Damage to building bricks, collectibles, toys, or other property
- Personal injury (except where prohibited by law)
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MuFO, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of our products
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your user-generated content
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing a claim, you agree to:
- Contact us at legal@brickbuff.com with a detailed description of the dispute
- Allow us 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue
- Participate in good-faith negotiations
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration:
Arbitration Terms:
- Conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
- Governed by AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules
- Individual arbitration only (no class actions)
- Conducted via video conference or in New York, NY
- Each party pays their own costs (unless awarded by arbitrator)
What You're Giving Up:
- Right to a jury trial
- Right to a court trial (except small claims court)
- Right to participate in class actions
You may bring claims in small claims court if:
- The claim qualifies under small claims court rules
- You file on an individual basis (not class action)
- The claim is brought in a jurisdiction where we operate
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by:
- Emailing legal@brickbuff.com
- Subject: "Arbitration Opt-Out"
- Including your name, address, and date of purchase
The following disputes are NOT subject to arbitration:
- Intellectual property disputes
- Small claims court actions
- Injunctive relief requests
You agree to bring disputes on an individual basis only.
You waive the right to:
- Participate in class actions
- Serve as a class representative
- Join consolidated or representative proceedings
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement is void.
You may stop using the Site at any time. Contact us to delete your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse our systems or other users
- Engage in illegal activities
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Site immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and data
- Outstanding orders may be cancelled
- These Terms survive termination where applicable
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MuFO, Inc.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, government actions, etc.).
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
